2025 CHEF Family Campout

It's time to prepare for the annual CHEF Family Campout, a weekend of relaxation and fellowship with other CHEF families!  Each family rents a cabin and joins together for activities throughout the weekend.

The schedule will be shared at a later date but we strive to make the weekend as stress-free and flexible as possible.  Most pre-planned activities will take place on Friday evening and early in the day on Saturday.

You must call the campground to reserve your family's cabin.  Your RSVP on this page allows us to keep in touch before and during the weekend.

Dates:

Thursday, March 20 to Sunday, March 23*

*Families are welcome to come for one, two, or three nights.

Most activities will take place Friday evening and Saturday morning/afternoon.

Cabins 5-16 & 24-35 are all within walking distance so be sure to book a cabin near the group!

RV and tent sites are available but typically require biking or driving to the group area.

Families choosing to stay for one night can reserve a room at one of these nearby hotels and enter Flint Creek as day use visitors.

Packing:

Cabin guests will need to bring all linens needed for the weekend - sheets, blankets, towels, etc. You should also bring food, paper products, toiletries, and anything you want on hand for outdoor activities (hiking, biking, camp fires, field games, etc.) There is a Walmart in Wiggins for last minute shopping needs.
