Local Chef Joe Boudreaux is returning to his roots in St. Charles Parish as he opens Boudreaux’s River Road Restaurant in St. Rose. A once familiar and popular place called “The Truck Farm”, recently shuttered, has been newly opened by Frenier’s Landing long standing chef for the last 13 years, along with his business partner Crystal Bird, also of Frenier’s Landing.
Boudreaux’s River Road Restaurant menu includes Boudreaux’s take on pork belly wedge salad, lobster mac and cheese, pulled pork nachos, and a Southern style Brunswick stew. Yummmm!
