PE Postponed: Will Resume on Thursday, January 19th Unfortunately, due to a forecast of inclement weather and a scheduling conflict at our indoor location, we must postpone Week 1 of the spring semester. PE will resume NEXT THURSDAY, January 19th, and Lord-willing we will be at our outdoor site, FBC Kenner. Invite a friend who has never attended PE to join you for our Open House
January 19th! PE Open House with Free Class for New Participants PE will resume, under the direction of the coaches of Junction Place Sports, on Thursday, January 19, at FBC Kenner on Williams Blvd (weather permitting). If you’ve never participated in PE but would like to give it a try, join us for FREE, a gift from CHEF of GNO. We will also have a cookie for each student to decorate and eat. The complimentary class is for first time PE students only but cookies are for everyone.
We are excited to have Junction Place Sports provide Physical Education classes again this year. Physical Education classes will be offered on Thursdays from 12:00-3:00 PM.

LOCATION:
Great news!!! We will continue using our outdoor location for PE. We will be using a field located at First Baptist Church of Kenner. There is open space here, but no chairs, so I encourage you to bring a camping chair. We will have access to bathrooms. I would like to stress the importance of keeping the field and bathrooms free of trash! Please remind your children to leave the field and bathrooms clean!
First Baptist Kenner will be the primary location. Junction Place Sportsplex will remain our backup location for days when the weather is unfavorable or there is a schedule conflict with the church. You will be notified by email and the website if we need to move indoors. Any changes will be posted no later that 10:00am Thursday morning.

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM ................3-5 year olds* & 6 -7 year olds*

1:30 PM - 2:15 PM Sports Class for 13-18 year olds*
2:15 PM- 3:00 PM Free Play (not lead by JPS staff)
COST:
The cost for PE class is $7 per class per child, payable to Junction Place Sports. There is a discount for those wishing to pay for the entire semester!
