Thanksgiving Banquet 2024

It's that time of year again: our Annual Thanksgiving Banquet! It’s a time when we give thanks for all we have, fellowship, and share a home-cooked meal with other CHEF families. The banquet will be in The Boulevard Room at Williams Boulevard Baptist Church on Friday, November, 15 from 6:00 to 9:00PM. We will begin with two worship songs at 6:00PM followed by our prayer of thanks so don't be late!

Everyone will need to bring an EXTRA-LARGE side dish and a dessert to share. In addition to the RSVP below, please follow this Perfect Potluck link to choose the dishes you will contribute. The CHEF Board will provide the meats. Please bring serving utensils for both side dish and dessert and make sure everything is cut, hot, and ready to serve!!

We will have lots of set-up to do before the banquet: tables, chairs, decorations... This will happen on Friday morning from about 9:30 to 11:00AM. We will also need some folks who will plan to stick around for clean-up after dinner. If you're available, let Candy McCloud know via email.

The cost for this event will be $10 per family to cover paper supplies, beverages, and a love-offering for the venue.
