Tiger Rock Self Defense Class

This 45 minute class you will learn to use elements of various martial arts including taekwondo, including the basics of striking, kicking, grappling, and evasive techniques. It introduces do’s and don’ts when you encounter an aggressive threat. Parents will be asked to sign a release before children participate. Parents are also welcome to participate.
